Upsy Daisy Birthday Cake
This was a lot harder to make than I thought it would be. It also took a lot longer than anticipated. Maybe that's because I'm only a baking beginner after all and need more practise, but I was still pleased with end result, as was my beautiful niece. Happy 3rd Birthday Erin! I hope you enjoyed your birthday cake :-)
