After having tried moussaka whilst on holidays in Greece, I thought I'd try out a recipe from my M&S One Pot recipe book. Now I don't usually eat lamb as I find it too fatty and I don't like the texture of lamb, if this applies to you then please don't be put off by moussaka as lamb mince is not that much different to beef mince. This recipe took quite a lot of preparation time (especially as this was the first time for me to make it and I wanted to make sure I got everything right), but it was quite an easy recipe to follow too. The end result was good and it was a nice family meal. A great alternative if you ever get fed up of lasagne!
